These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Refix’s services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in accordance with Australian law.

Services

Refix provides professional surface repair services, including but not limited to: scratch, crack, chip, burn, dent, and stain repairs.

While we take all reasonable care to deliver quality results, repair outcomes depend on material type and severity of damage.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.
  • Prices may be adjusted if unforeseen issues are identified onsite.
  • All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required upon completion of services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or electronic payment.
  • Late payments may attract administration fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if insufficient notice is provided third parties.

Liability & Warranty

  • Refix is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or deterioration caused by factors outside our control.
  • Repairs aim to restore appearance and function, but exact colour/texture matches cannot be guaranteed.
  • A limited workmanship warranty may apply and will be stated in writing where relevant.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure safe, clear access to the worksite.
  • Accurate information regarding damage must be provided before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials (including branding, images, and text) is the property of Refix and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Any personal information collected is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

  • Refix provides repair services with reasonable skill and care, but results may vary depending on surface type, age, and condition.
  • We make no guarantee that repairs will completely restore items to their original factory condition.
  • Refix is not liable for:
    • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to natural material differences
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., business interruption, property devaluation, loss of use)
    • Damage arising from misuse, neglect, or further deterioration after the repair is completed
  • Any timelines provided for completion of services are estimates only and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the state or territory where Refix primarily operates.

Changes to Terms

Refix reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
